Learned the programming language of the system (LPC) through intensive individual study, appointed head of the coding team in June 1996, designed and coded new features, debugged and corrected code, assisted in the administration of the site and of the players and oversaw the work of other coders for an online text-based adventure game using LPC in a LINUX environment.

Learned FoxPro through individual study to maintain and create several customized applications for data processing, worked with clients to design new applications, became familar with the EIS predictive dialer, created scripts for the EIS dialer, researched problems for other programmers in the company.
