The name of the website will be “World Wide Web Writers” or “4Ws” so that it can re. The purpose of the website will be to allow writers around the world to jointly write a fiction novel. The target audience will be any and all writers around the world in addition to fiction readers of all ages. The initial page target will be four, with the first being a title page, second being an introduction of character to use within the novel. The third page will be a general outline of events that writers can choose to submit. The last page will be a type of donation and submission page. The features of the website will include areas for submissions, blog type entry boxes for user comments, then the final website will utilize a purchase type form for donations or pre-purchase of the joint novel. Visitors will be able to read, comment and/or vote on submissions by the authors. They will also be able to read selected excerpts of the novel in progress. The layout will utilize general Bootstrap themes. The colors of the website will match the theme of the current project. The first project will be superhero/heroine themed paying homage to older comics. This will mean utilizing red, yellow and blue with text being black wrapped in a white background. I plan on utilizing a navigation bar that is located on the top of the website that will feature a drop down navigation when reduced in size. The Blog website that I would like to emulate is one by a writer at the Huffington post. https://www.huffpost.com/entry/twitter-user-data-ads-without- permission_n_5d4a406ce4b09e72973e3d5a. It is a simple layout and while it has video presentations I plan to fill those areas with writing. My website will differ in that it will hopefully be and encourage more user interaction. I would like to incorporate video but will most likely settle for comic graphics. In addition other websites include advertisements of some sort and I would like to incorporate faux advertisements if possible. I think this is an ambitious project and would be fun to incorporate for writers around the world that would like to publish a joint project.
