Assignment 9 :  Hand-hold Device Programming

I.	Purposes
    - Hand-hold deceices are commonly used by companies to collect data
      by their employees outside of business.
    - Ablitiies of writing programs for the hand-hold devices is in demain. 
	- Java is main language used for Android operating system and Swift language
      is used form Apple devices running IOS operating system.
      New laugages and IDEs appearred for writing app running one both Android and
      IOS devices. 
	- You are going to create a app running on handheld device using any language
      and IDE.

II. Requests

    - Download IDE and play with it.
    - Study a donwloandable handheld deveice app.
    - Design and implement a app.
    - To turn in your program, bring your personal computer and show your 
      program on Monday May 20, 2017 from 5:00 -- 7:30 PM.
